RETURN POLICY – DOMESTIC USA
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from SKONI, you may return it to us for a refund. We will only refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and hang tag attached within 30 days of original purchase date. Please include your sales order number. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Only items purchased on SKONI.com (USA) with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.
We recommend using an insured and trackable delivery method as SKONI is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
All US returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Once your return label has been scanned for return by a carrier any refund owed will be processed to the form of payment selected by the customer. You will receive an email notification once your return is fully processed through our returns department.

Customers in international territories will be responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method as SKONI is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
The customer is responsible for international shipping and any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.
All international returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving product. Once SKONI has received your return your refund will be processed to the form of payment selected by the customer. You will receive an email notification once your return is fully processed through our returns department.
Instructions – DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- If using your original shipping box for packaging your return, please remove any shipping labels. Securely attach the return label to the outside of your box. Please note the tracking number so you have it for reference to track your return. Please do not use your shoebox as the shipping box.
- Please allow 14 business days for the receipt and processing of your return. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.
- Please complete the information on Return Portal using your order number, email, zip, and phone number by indicating the items being returned and the reason for each returned item.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
FULL 30-DAY QUALITY WARRANTY
SKONI golf shoes are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of original purchase. Shoes found to be defective will be replaced with the same style or an equivalent SKONI golf shoe at the sole discretion of SKONI, LLC.
CONSUMER CLAIMS PROCEDURE
To exercise the warranty, please email the SKONI customer service at support@skoni.com to request a return authorization. You must have the original sales order number to show the date of purchase to obtain a return authorization number.
WARRANTY CLAIMS PRESENTED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL SALES ORDER WILL BE HONORED AT SOLE DISCRETION OF SKONI. Any wear deemed abusive, excessive, or inappropriate may void the warranty.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the shoes; shipping costs will not be reimbursed by SKONI. For your protection, we advise that you ship your package via a traceable method. Be sure to obtain a tracking or confirmation number as your proof of delivery. SKONI is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit. Please allow up to six (6) weeks for a replacement pair of shoes to be shipped to you.
NOTE: you must have a return authorization number to process the shipment.
This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties, and any implied warranties, including MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, are limited to the duration of this express warranty. In no event shall SKONI be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or misuse of the product, and any recovery is limited to the purchase price.
