Shipping policy

SKONI will ship all shoe orders within the United States using UPS Ground or USPS (if shipping to a P.O. Box). Orders are typically dispatched from the warehouse within 1-4 business days, depending on volume. Shipping times may vary after processing due to recipient location but usually takes 2-4 business days. International shipping times can vary greatly, so refer to your tracking number for questions regarding international shipping times. All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import (this includes Canada).

After placing your order you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking numbers are emailed to customers at approximately 7pm ET each business day when orders are processed. Orders placed after 1pm ET may not receive their tracking numbers by email until the next business day. Due to UPS processing times, expedited shipping orders placed after 12pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
